AttriX Compliance: Why Can't I Access the Configuration Section?

If you have never configured your compliance service and wish to do so, you need to go to the Add-Ins tab, AttriX Services and then AttriX Compliance.
You should see the configuration section.
If this section is not visible, it means that in your database settings, access to the distributor has not been authorized.
Since AttriX compliance is developed by AttriX, it is exclusively offered to our clients, and therefore, access to the distributor must be enabled.
To check if distributor access is enabled:
- System > Settings
- In the "General" tab, scroll down the page to display distributor information
- The distributor name should be AttriX Technologies
- Make sure "Yes" is selected for "Allow distributor access"
Once access is authorized, the system will refresh overnight. The next morning, you will have access to configure AttriX Compliance.
