AttriX Add-ons: Why Can't I Access AttriX Add-ins?

Regarding:

  • Add-in
  • AttriX Compliance
  • Electronic Logbook
  • ELD

When creating our clients' databases, we include the add-ons developed by AttriX.

If you do not have access to these add-ons, one of the following two scenarios may explain the issue:

  1. You have been an AttriX client for several months, and when you made your purchase, you only needed location tracking (Base package). You have since modified your packages to include the electronic logbook via the support tab.
  2. You were with another Geotab distributor (Bell, Telus, etc.) and transferred to us.

For option 1, please contact our support team to have the modules added to your database.

For option 2, ensure that the distributor has been changed in your database.

To confirm this information:

  1. System
  2. Settings
  3. General tab > Distributor information
  4. Ensure that the distributor is "AttriX Technologies"

If this is not the case, it may be a delay if the transfer has just been made.

If the transfer is not recent, please contact our support team so that the situation can be corrected by Geotab.
