Creation of the Billing Portal

When you open your account, we create access to your billing portal. This portal is accessible by a single user (accounting email). This email will allow you to create your access and define your password.

When AttriX creates your portal, you will receive an email with the subject: Your Odoo account at AttriX Technologies Inc.

Example of content:

Dear Client ABC,

Access to the company billing portal ${user.company_id.name} has been granted to you.

You can set or modify your password at the following address:

  • Click on the link provided here to create your password.

For future use, your login information is as follows:

  • Username: Your username will be provided here.
  • Link to access your portal: The link for accessing your portal will be provided here.

Once logged into the portal, click on your name and select My Account.

Once logged into your account, click on Manage Your Payment Methods.

As mentioned in the terms and conditions of the service offer, monthly payments must be made via pre-authorized payment method. Monthly payments over $2500.00 must be made via Pre-authorized Debit.

Credit Card Payment

To add a credit card to your file, select Authorize.net and enter your credit card information. Once everything is filled out, click Add Card.

**Please note that we only accept monthly payments under $2500.00 by credit card.

Pre-authorized Debit Payment (Direct Debit)

To add your banking information, select Pre-authorized Debit and enter the numbers listed on your void cheque (see the image below to determine the correct numbers).

Once everything is filled out, click Add Card.

How to identify the numbers on a void check?

  • Check Number: Do not use this number if present. The "001" or the first three digits of the series are your check number.
  • Transit Number (Branch): Next, the numbers "12345" in the series identify the branch associated with your bank account.
  • Institution Number: For example, "010" or the digits identify the institution number that identifies the financial institution associated with your account.
  • Account Number: Finally, the last digits (between 5 to 7 digits) "1212345" identify the account number. The account number is the number used to withdraw or make direct debit payments from your account.
