Exporting a Materials Management Report

To export a materials management report (Public Works function), you need to follow the steps below:

1. Administration > Report Configuration > Report View
2. Use the search field and enter "Materials."
3. Click Preview on the desired report (advanced or default).
4. In Options, select:
   • Date ranges
   • Click Path (right button)
     • Select one or more service groups
     • Select one or more route groups
     • Select vehicles
     • Apply changes

5- Export the report in Excel format:

• Click Report and select Standard or Advanced.
• Open the file on your computer.
