Trailers : Managing your trailers

Question: Is it possible to do a mass import of trailers and plates? 

Answer: Yes, just send the Excel file to support@attrix.ca

Add a trailer

In the Asset tab select Add a new asset.

• In the name field: Enter the unit number and the license plate number (required for compliance).
• Asset type group: Press Trailer 
• Assign the trailer to the group (if necessary) and press Save.
  
  

Modify an existing trailer

You must select Untracked in the filter button. Use the search bar and select the existing trailer.

Change Name and Save (changes will be made archived).
 
 

Delete a trailer

⚠ It is not recommended to delete a trailer because the history of the Security Rounds as well as the Hours of Service will be permanently erased. It is impossible to recover the data once deleted. ⚠
 
To delete a trailer, simply select it and press Remove. Read the warning message and confirm the deletion by pressing Remove.
