Configuration of the Geotab application on an Android device
1. Make sure you have access to the Google Play Store.
2. Turn on Wi-Fi and turn off Airplane mode.
3. Under Mobile Networks, turn on Mobile Network Data Access;
4. Turn on all location-based services and High Accuracy mode, if applicable.
5. Set the date and time to Automatic.
6. In the Google Play Store settings, enable Automatic app updates.
7. Go to Google Play Store and install the Drive application
Configuration of the Geotab application on an Apple IOS device
1. Make sure you have access to the Apple App Store.
2. Turn on Wi-Fi and turn off Airplane mode.
3. Under iOS Settings > Privacy, turn on Location Services.
4. Under Application Drive, select Always, then turn on Cellular Data and set Notifications to Allow notifications.
5. Under iOS Settings > iTunes and App Store > Automatic Downloads, turn on Updates and Cellular Data.
6. Make sure the date and time are set automatically.
7. Go to the App Store and install the Drive app.
