      MyGeotab: How to grant access for my driver to classify their trips as business versus personal?

      Concerns:

      • Geotab 6.0
      • Update
      • Security authorization
      • Geotab Drive

      In order for the driver to have access to classify their trips in Geotab Drive, they must have the necessary security authorization.

      Here are the steps to grant drivers access to classify their trips:

      1. Administration > Users > Permissions
      2. Select the security permission for your drivers
      3. Add the following permissions:
        1. Activity report and traveled route
        2. Manage driver's activity group
      4. Save changes

      The driver will have access during their next login to Geotab Drive.

      If the driver is already logged in, simply perform a search for updates. More > Search for updates
