Technical Support: How can I contact AttriX?

Our team is available Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

We take pride in building our own team to support our clients in their operations and address their questions or concerns. For security measures, when you call or email, you will need to authenticate yourself to confirm your level of access.

Different options are available to contact us.

AttriX Services Tab - Support Form

Through MyGeotab, it's possible to open a support request via our support form. This process allows us to authenticate you and have direct access to the vehicles or users you have selected.

In your MyGeotab database, select the tab

  • AttriX Services
  • Support Form
  • Fill in the details of the request
  • Add an attachment if needed
  • At the top of the page, press Send.

A confirmation will be displayed, and you will receive a confirmation email. A member of our team will contact you as soon as possible.
