Users: Reactivating an archived user (history)

It is possible to reactivate a user who has been archived in the event that they return to work for the company. To do this:

  1. People > Users & Drivers
  2. Use the Filter option, select Yes to Show archived, then Apply changesCapture d’écran, le 2024-03-27 à 13.29.13
  3. Archived users will appear in gray.Capture d’écran, le 2024-03-27 à 13.30.47
  4. Select the user
  5. Press Reactivate at the top
  6. It will be possible to change the password if needed.
  7. Once the modifications are complete, press Save. The user will be active again.
