Support: My driver is unable to accept proposed statuses, why?
In the event that statuses have been transferred to another driver and these movements remain pending despite the driver having accepted them, here is a troubleshooting step.
If pending statuses continue to remain pending despite the driver accepting them, the issue may lie in the configuration of the drivers. Check if in the driver tab, the option to allow access to shared data is set to "yes."
In MyGeotab:
- Go to People
- Select User
- Choose the user
- Click on the "Driver" tab
- Select "No" for "Prevent driver access to shared data."
- Save
- Repeat for the 2 users concerned
